From the moment your vehicle arrives at Lakeshore Body Shop, you don't need to worry about dealing with your claims representative or the repair process.

We will explain the repair process at drop-off and book your rental car.

Your vehicle will be evaluated and the necessary parts will be ordered. We prefer to use original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts, but if you'd rather opt aftermarket (AM) we will honor your decision. Wouldn't you want the same parts of your car that were insured in the first place? Your safety is our top priority

Upon completion of body and structural repairs, your vehicle will be prepped for refinishing in our state of the art downdraft bake booths, with PPG water-borne paint. (To find out more about water-borne paint, click HERE)

When paint work is complete, the vehicle will be reassembled and any mechanical repairs completed. Upon complete repairs, a full day is necessary for paint to completely dry.

The last stage in your repair is detailing.  We clean the interior and exterior of  the repaired vehicles as a complimentary service to all of our customers.
